The hiring process at Tereos

 

  • To join Tereos Starch & Sweeteners you can simply submit your application on their recruitment tool Jobeos. You can respond to an ad on one of Tereos Starch & Sweeteners’s sites or submit an application. If they believe that your profile and skills can contribute to the development of our company, the human resources department of the appropriate site will contact you for an interview. Make sure your CV and cover letter include keywords and are proof-read.
  • The next stage will be a phone interview. This interview is a screening interview designed to choose which candidate will be invited to complete the hiring process. In this interview, you will discuss your CV and you will be asked some general questions like your availability to work, what salary you require and etc.
  • After the phone interview, you will be invited to company premises to participate in further face-to-face interviews as well as to pass several assessments like the Predictive Index Assessment.

 

The Predictive Index Test

The Predictive Index Test consists of several categories:

  • The Predictive Index Learning Indicator (PI Learning Indicator), formerly known as Professional Learning Indicator (PLI), is a 12-minute test comprised of 50 questions. The purpose of the PI LI assessment is to measure your cognitive ability or your capacity to learn and adapt in the workplace. The test includes three topics: Numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and non-verbal reasoning.
  • The Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment measures four primary characteristics of personality: dominance, extroversion, patience, and formality. From the view of prospective employers, the goal in administering a PI Behavioral Assessment is predicting workplace performance, and candidates' responses on the PI indicate behavioural propensities. There are two pages on the assessment, each containing a list of 86 adjectives, and the assessment is untimed.
