About Teleperformance PrepPacks™

During the Teleperformance recruitment process, you'll be asked to take a number of different Teleperformance assessment tests. You are asked to complete these tests online. These tests are in general provided by Kenexa. To successfully move on to the next stage of the hiring process, utilise JobTestPrep's comprehensive preparation packages to give yourself the best chance of success.


Teleperformance Kenexa-Style Numerical Reasoning Test (NRT)

This Kenexa test is created from a bank of 174 numerical reasoning items that are defined using the three-parameter Item Response Theory model. The numerical reasoning test is 20 minutes in length and contains 20 different questions. It assesses a candidate’s ability to interpret and analyze numerical data, work out percentages, and understand profit margins.


Teleperformance Kenexa-Style Verbal Reasoning Test (VRT)

This 20-minute test is comprised of 24 questions. Candidates are given a paragraph of information followed by a statement. This statement is either true, false, or unable to be determined based on the information contained in the paragraph. The verbal reasoning test assesses if an applicant is able to communicate well with team members and customers.


Teleperformance Kenexa-Style Logical Reasoning Test (LRT)

The Kenexa logical reasoning test, which is commonly known as inductive reasoning tests, assess your capability to make correct conclusions and assumptions using the information presented in a sequence. Generally, this test will be used alongside other Kenexa psychometric tests, such as Kenexa verbal reasoning test and the Kenexa numerical reasoning test.

Teleperformance Assessment Day

The Teleperformance assessment day consists of various types of activities all designed to evaluate how you work individually and as part of a team. The recruiter will inform you beforehand about the specific types of activities you will encounter in the assessment centre and if there is any preparation you should do. The types of tasks you should be prepared for are interviews, aptitude tests, group exercises, case studies, and role- plays.


Teleperformance Hiring Process for CSR positions

  1. Teleperformance application – the application can be submitted online by the company website.
  2. Teleperformance phone interview – the Teleperformance interview process begins with a phone screening. if passed, you will continue to the on-site assessments.
  3. Teleperformance assessment tests - the test you may encounter when applying for a CSR position in the company are: 
    • Teleperformance English test – in this test you will be asked to demonstrate your language and grammar skills.
    • Teleperformance typing test – in this test you will be tested on your ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute. Get your Teleperformance practice typing test here.
    • Teleperformance computer test – another test you may be asked to undergo is the Teleperformance computer skills test that will examine your Basic Computer Skills and technology orientation.
  4. Teleperformance on-site interviews – this part may include more than one interview, including an interview with a recruiter and an interview with the relevant supervisor in the company.
  5. Teleperformance drug test – after your assessment you may be asked to pass a drug test before being formally accepted to work in the company.
