Swire Hiring Process

There are many different types of jobs on offer at Swire and, therefore, many different possibilities in the application process. Here is a sample breakdown:

First you will apply online, and then you will be asked to complete an online aptitude assessment test, such as Talent-Q or SHL.

If you pass the test, you will be contacted for an initial phone screen by HR and possibly another online test.

After the initial screening, you will be invited to an assessment day in which you will go through a group interview, verification aptitude test, and a one-on-one interview with various senior members of the company.
