What Does JobTestPrep Offer?

JobTestPrep develops practice materials to enable job candidates to become employed. To assist applicants with their pre-employment assessment at Stryker corporation, we have created the Gallup Test closely modeled on the official test. Job applicants can go through our test simulations and better understand what qualities employers seek in their employees. They can also think over questions at their leisure and formulate answers that will show their personalities in the most favorable light. In so doing, applicants will be able to pass their pre-employment Gallup Test with unqualified success.

We also provide you with answers to most challenging questions and give you useful tips on how to sound knowledgeable and confident on your interview. The Gallup Test

This test seeks to define your personality strengths consisting of knowledge, skills, and talents. It does this by presenting you with 177 sentence pairs, which you are expected to analyze within an hour. Some of the pairs will be synonyms; some antonyms; and some will have no identifiable relationship between themselves. You task on the Gallup test will be to select sentences that most closely reflect your thoughts, feelings, or behavior. Through your choice of these sentences, as many as 34 of your character traits will be highlighted and analyzed by your prospective employers, who then will define your top five qualities. You are not required to change your behavior to suit the expectations of recruiters at Stryker. Instead, you will be expected to utilize your top five talents to increase your creativity and productivity at work.  

Among 34 qualities highlighted on the Gallup Test the top of them are the following: Adaptability, Ideation, Empathy, Competitiveness, and Positivity, among others. Note that there will be cases that both characteristics in a pair will be applicable to you. If this is so, remember that neither of the trait in the pair reflects your personality. You are advised to choose the Neutral answer. Do the same, when both qualities apply to you only occasionally, not always. As it is with other tests, a time on the Gallup Test is limited. On average, you will need to analyze three pairs per minute.

A short time limit presents a challenge, and so does a large number of paired sentences, whose meaning can become increasingly confusing, as you progress through the test and become fatigued. Creating a wrong personality profile because of tiredness will be detrimental to your success. Do not leave your employment to chance; practice before your actual test at Stryker. Going through our test simulations may increase the accuracy of your answers and improve your time record. Study with our exclusive resources and gain a decided advantage over your competitors. 


 

Stryker’s Recruitment Process

After you submit your application and résumé, you will receive an email with an invitation for a phone interview. In your phone conversation with a Human Resources recruiter will center around your education and work experience. It may last up to 90 minutes. The second stage is the Gallup Personality Test. If your personality profile looks impressive in the eyes of recruiters, you will have another phone interview with a hiring manager. After it, you may be invited for a face-to-face interview in one of Stryker’s offices. Expect to have an interview in the form of the panel and talk to as many as eight people, some of them will be company’s representatives, territory manager, and regional manager. The panel interview can last up to 5 hours. If you create a favorable impression on your face-to-face interview, you may have a final phone screening conducted to ascertain that you are indeed the right fit for Stryker.
