There are several different components to the Saipem hiring process, depending on the job to which you are applying and your level of expertise.
First, you will fill out an online application.
Then, if you are a match to one of the open positions, you will be contacted for an initial phone screen interview.
You will then be invited to an attitudinal and motivational in-person interview with an HR representative, the hiring manager, another senior manager, or all three.
You will then have a technical interview with a senior member of your future department.
Also, you may need to pass a psychometric test like Talent-Q, and possibly a personality test, in order to move on to the next step.
