Rositi Recruitment Process & Tests

The Rositi UK hiring process consists of many different steps and pre-employment tests. Below you will find more information regarding this process and how to prepare:

  • Application Process: Prior to submitting your application and CV, you will need to visit the Rositi job vacancies webpage to select a position that best suits your qualifications and previous experience. Once you have found a suitable position you will be prompted to fill out a short application and upload the required documents. It should be noted that your CV, cover letter, and high school & university transcripts should be combined into a single PDF file prior to submission.
  • Initial Interviews: Once your documents have gone through screening and are deemed a match for the position you have applied for, you will be invited to participate in two or more initial interviews. These initial interviews will be held with the recruiting manager and an HR representative present.
  • Aptitude Testing: To ensure that you are the right candidate for the job being offered, you may need to sit and pass one or more pre-hire exams.
  • Assessment Centre: An assessment centre may be required depending on the role you have applied for. During an assessment centre, you will meet with many other candidates to engage in group activities, additional aptitude testing, and interviews.
  • Reference Check: If you have passed the initial recruitment stages, Rositi will most likely go through and check any references that you have provided.
  • ”Grandparent Interview” The final stage in the Rositi hiring process will be the “grandparent interview”. In this part of the process, you will be interviewed by your potential manager’s manager.

Even if you do not pass the recruitment process for a certain position, your application and CV will still be kept within their “Talent Bank” in case of future job openings that may better suit you. Rositi does take unsolicited applications if they do not presently have a job opening that matches your skills and qualifications which will be kept in the same Talent Bank until such a time that a suitable role becomes available.
