The Watson Glaser test is split into five sections. The old and long variation (Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal - Form A) consisted of 80 questions that had to be completed in 60 minutes. The new and short variation consists of 40 questions to be completed in 30 minutes. The test measures the examinee’s critical thinking abilities: recognizing assumptions, drawing conclusions, and evaluating arguments. There are five sections to the test, each assessing a different ability. All questions consist of a short text passage that is followed by a question or statement, which the examinee needs to engage with in some way, according to the section. To successfully pass the Watson Glaser test, it is important to practice these skills and to get familiar with the thinking methods this test is based on.
The Kenexa numerical reasoning test (NRT) is part of the Kenexa Infinity Series. It assesses your ability to interpret and analyze numerical data, understand profit margins, and work out percentages. This test is 20 minutes long and contains 20 different questions from a large bank of possibilities.
The Kenexa verbal reasoning test (VRT) is also part of the Kenexa Infinity Series, and it examines your ability to communicate with team members and customers. This test is 20 minutes long and contains 24 different statements. The test taker must decide whether the information presented in each statement is true, false, or cannot be determined based on the information contained in the preceding paragraph.
The Kenexa logical reasoning (LRT) test assesses your ability to make correct conclusions and assumptions using the information presented in a sequence. When you take this test, you are presented with a series of different shapes. You must select the pattern missing from the sequence.

Interviews to which the Robert Half invites its prospective employees are of three kinds. Initially, you will have a phone interview. In your conversation with a Human Resources Manager, you will walk through your CV/ resume and answer questions about your work experience. After you succeed on your pre-employment test, you will have another interview, this time in the Robert Half’s office. Prepare to answer competency-based questions and ask about the company’s business structure. To strengthen a good impression that you created on your first interview and tests, go to the Robert Half’s website before you show up on the interview. Knowing about the Robert Half’s long-term goals will allow you to ask your recruiters pertinent questions about your role and, in so doing, appear smart and prepared.
The Robert Half assessment centre will include numerous role plays, job simulations, aptitude tests, and interviews. When preparing for your Robert Half assessment centre day, keep in mind that it will not only be job-specific skills you will evaluated on. Since the assessment centre will include the participation of other applicants, strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must during the group exercises. These highly-desired skills show your ability to share ideas effectively and cooperate with others.
