RELX Group’s Recruitment Process

RELX Group’s Recruitment Process has several stages. After your documents have been screened, you will have a phone interview. During it, a Human Resources manager will talk to you about your work experience and about the company’s structure. Sometimes, you may also have a Skype interview with your prospective managers. The second stage is testing. If the hiring manager is satisfied with your answers, you will be invited to take one or several tests online. You high scores on these tests will guarantee that you become shortlisted for a face-to-face interview.

For the interview, you may be requested to prepare a short presentation to showcase your expertise in the field as well as your presentation abilities. The face-to-face interview may take the form of a panel; that is, you may have a conversation simultaneously with several representatives of RELX Group. Their questions will be competency-based. Prepare also to answer behavioral questions. The second round of the face-to-face interview will contain also technical questions. In addition, interviewers will also explain to you the duties you position involves. If you become the recruiters’ favorite candidate, you may start salary negotiations.
