Pitcher Partners’ Hiring Process

The Pitcher Partners’ recruitment process includes several stages that should be prepared for in advance. Regardless of whether you are applying for an open spot in one of the Pitcher Partners graduate programmes or for a more experienced role, the Pitcher Partners recruitment process may include:

  • Application Process:

    The application process will more often than not need to be completed online from the Pitcher Partners careers webpage.   • Screening Process: Once your CV and application have been received, you will either be contacted to participate in a brief phone or video interview. Video interviews are often the preferred method for Pitcher Partners graduate programme candidates.
  • Employment Exam: Regardless of the position or programme you have applied for, you may be required to take one or more pre-hire aptitude tests. These test will range from psychometric to those evaluating your workplace persona.
  • Assessment Centre: An assessment centre may be required as part of the recruitment process for graduates and interns. An assessment centre will often consist of group tasks, assessment testing, and interviews.
  • Final Interviews: After successfully passing each of the aforementioned stages in the Pitcher Partners recruitment process, you will be invited to participate in face-to-face interviews. Numerical Questions

This section of the exam was created to assess your numerical aptitude. The questions that you will encounter in this section will be based on the four basic numerical functions: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Some questions may be stylized after a Sudoku puzzle (with differing rules), while others will be presented in the form of text.

Abstract Questions

This section of the cognitive ability test is largely based on your ability to think in a more lateral way. In this section of the test, you will be presented with a series of different shapes with a logic pattern attached. Once you have determined the pattern being represented, you will need to decide either the missing/ next picture or the odd-one-out in the series.

 

Your final scores upon completing the Revelian Cognitive Ability test will highlight your abilities in numerical, verbal, and non-verbal reasoning, as well as your proficiency in English, deductive reasoning skills, and your ability to identify rules and patterns.
