Does not matter if you are applying for a sales executive or engineering position, you will need to prepare for both the hiring process, which will include interviews and tests. Here are some tips on how to prepare a few examples from questions asked during recent Ooredoo interviews.

Tips for the Interview:

There are many ways to prepare for the interview.

  • Interview Them: While the company is interviewing you make sure to interview them as well. Prepare questions about the company and the position, so you can get a feel if it is the right fit for your end.
  • Look Good: The company expects all employees to dress professionally, make sure you look presentable and avoid distracting accessories (especially true for female candidates).
  • Body Habits: Keep any bad habits in check, like poor eye contact or perhaps arm crossing or other body movements that give an insecure or nervous vibe.
  • Research: Use online resources to research the company to better understand how your skills sets will help enrich the office environment. Also, they want to know you are passionate about the on-goings in the industry.
  • Study your CV: Sounds funny, but it is not. Make sure you can answer for what you have been doing, including projects, skill-sets, and companies you have worked at.
