In this test, you will work with numerical data in the form of a table or a graph. Taking this information you can answer the multiple-choice questions. Answering the questions often demand that you show basic math aptitude by performing calculations involving conversions, ratios, fractions, and percentages.

Nissan CEB SHL -Style Verbal Reasoning Online Tests

CEB SHL verbal test requires you to read short texts and answer questions based on each passage. Each exercise will expect you to quickly decide whether a statement is true, false, or indeterminable based on the written information.

Nissan Mechanical Reasoning Tests

Mechanical comprehension tests measure candidates' knowledge of mechanical and physical concepts. The exact topics may differ from one industry to another. For example, a military pilot candidate is more likely to be asked questions concerning machinery and terms common to the aviation industry, whereas an electrician or plumber will probably be asked questions about home appliances and other related mechanisms. These tests usually consist of multiple choice questions based on a given diagram. Succeeding in the test requires a good understanding of basic physics principles. Nissan Interview

This interview is either face-to-face or via telephone depending on the position for which you have applied. In general, the interview takes about 45 minutes, however, candidates for summer internship and work placement programs have an interview lasting approximately 30 to 120 minutes. Interviews can be the nerve-wracking part of the process, but preparation is essential to stay focused and calm. Nissan Telephone Interview 

After having completed the assessments you will be invited to the Nissan telephone interview. This interview is between 30 minutes and one hour. It is mainly competency-based and focuses on assessing you against the key competencies of the company. First,  you will be asked about your background and then the interviewer will move onto the competency questions. 

Nissan Onsite Interview 

Nissan's recruitment team and 1 or 2 representatives of the recruiting department conduct this interview in person. It is a competency-based interview, and you will elaborate on your past work experience and your reasons for applying to work in the specific role. You will also touch on technical aspects of your desired role, such as your salary expectations and the location of your work. To succeed in this interview you should prepare by doing a thorough research of Nissan's valued competencies, the company's history and your position. 

Nissan Assessment Centre

The Nissan assessment day includes different types of activities all designed to examine how you perform individually and as part of a team. The recruiter will tell you beforehand about the specific types of activities you will take in the assessment centre and if there is anything you should prepare. What is my Nissan CEB SHL Numerical Test Designed to Measure?

How Long Does Nissan Hiring Process Take?

The length of application process depends on the number of tasks you are requested to complete. Usually, there are hundreds, if not thousands of candidates submitting their application for the same position. Whilst most of them are filtered by the online tests, that still leaves many who have to go through in-person interviews and assessments. Still, we can conclude some generalisations. Automatic application screening and online tests typically take no more than a week. You will only know if you passed once the job posting has been closed. The company will normally need a further month to shortlist the candidates who should come to interviews and assessment centres. The assessment days usually take place in the first three months of the year and you receive the results about a week or two afterwards. We can, therefore, assume that the entire process can take up to six months. 

How Should I Conduct Myself in Nissan Group Exercise? 

Candidates often struggle to demonstrate an adequate level of involvement in the group exercise on the assessment day and demonstrating their skills in an optimal manner. Some participants are overly dominant and loud because they fear they won't be heard otherwise. What Will I Encounter in Nissan Assessment Centre?
