What JobTestPrep offers

After having extensively researched on Mitchell International’s recruitment process, JobTestPrep designed tests most closely approximating to the tests job applicants are invited to take on their pre-employment assessment at the company. Our simulations of the CEB-SHL Numerical and Verbal Tests will improve the accuracy and the speed of your calculations and will teach you how to analyse the truth-value of statements made about a text.

Mitchell International's CEB SHL Numerical Tests

There are several SHL Numerical tests that you may encounter on your examination at Mitchell. You may be required to pass the SHL Calculation Test. This test measures your ability to make basic arithmetical operations such as adding, substracting, dividing, and multiplying. On this test, you will be presented with an equation one part of which is missing and signified by a question mark – (?). Your task is to calculate the value of the missing number.

Another numerical test that you may encounter during your Mitchell’s pre-employment assessment is the SHL Numerical Reasoning Test. On this test, you are required to answer questions basing your answers on figures and facts presented in statistical tables and graphs. All questions asked on the test are multiple-choice ones: you will need to select one correct answer among several incorrect options. As a rule, no calculators are permitted on the Numerical Reasoning Test. But you will be allowed to jot down your calculations on a piece of paper.

Mitchell International's CEB SHL Verbal Test

Tasks given on the SHL Verbal Reasoning Tests are different. Because this test is designed to evaluate how well you comprehend and analyze written information, you will be asked on your examination to read a short text and evaluate a truth-value of statements made about it. If you think that a statement about the text is correct, mark it as “True.” If a statement does not hold water, tick it off as “False.” There may also be cases when you will not be able to estimate the truth-value of a statement, because there will not be enough of information in the text to do so. If there is no sufficient data, choose the answer option that says: “Cannot Say.”

Mitchell International's Interviews

Mitchell International has different types of face-to-face interviews. If you pass your tests successfully, you will be invited for an in-person interview in the company’s office. Usually, you will talk to several people on your interview: with a Human Resources representative, technical leaders, and directors of the departments where you can potentially work. Expect questions designed to evaluate how well you fit the company. Apart from behavioral questions, you will be asked to write a coding challenge at home prior to your interview, if you are competing for a software engineering position. On the interview, your prospective managers will evaluate the accuracy of your code and will ask you follow-up questions related to it.

Another type of the interview that you may have at Mitchell is a teleconference. Several prospective managers will talk to you about your software experience and ask you other .net theory questions. If you create a lasting impression in your conversation with Mitchell’s interviewers, you may be invited to pass a background check.

Succeeding on Mitcell's pre-employment tests is difficult. Questions and tasks given on these tests are becoming more and more difficult. It is, hence, crucial for your success to come to your examination well prepared. Equip yourself with JobTestPrep’s exclusive practice materials and become shortlisted for a face-to-face interview.
