Online test validation – Whether you have taken the numerical test or the verbal reasoning one as well you will have to take further validation tests. These are in the same format as the previous online tests and are used as verification of the previously gained results. Make sure you are fully up to date and are confidant of your ability by getting sufficient practise before the assessment centre.

You will have to sift through the data and organise it in a systematic fashion. Learn more about the e-tray exercise and how we can help you prepare for it here.

Group exercise – In this exercise you will be given a case study to analyse and come up with some solutions together as a group. It is important to bear in mind that you need to demonstrate the core values of the company during this exercise. Find out how to best present yourself in this activity here.

Millward Brown interview – You will also have two interviews on the day. These are much more detailed than the telephone interview. The first interview is a personal interview relating to your skills and your personality. Find out how we can help you here.

The other interview is a branding based interview where you will be asked to describe the personality of different brands. For example, you may be asked about a certain item and describe if you think it is a strong or weak brand. Make sure you are fully prepared for this interview by ensuring you have answers prepared.
