Hiring Process at Michael Page

The hiring process at Michael Page is comprised of a multi-stage process, which includes a screening phone call, Michael Page psychometric test, in-person one-on-one or group interview, role-play and other tasks.

  • The Screening Phone Call: The first step is receiving a 15 minute phone call from a recruiter. The recruiter will provide you with an overview of the position and benefits, ask you questions related to your resume and skill-sets, try to discover your pain-points and more. If you pass the screening you will move on to stage two.
  • In-Person Interview: The in-person interview will take place in Michael Page offices in the form of either a one on one or group interview. If the interview will be in a group format, you will be given group tasks and asked to make improvised speeches. The one on one interview will most defiantly include role play, so be prepared.

Michael Page Psychometric Test: You will be tested via Caliper personality tests and various Talent Q tests, which may include, numerical and verbal exams. JobTestPrep has extensive preparation tests, answers with explanations at your disposal to help you prepare and beat out the competition.
