About Mammoet PrepPacks™

JobTestPrep helps you in preparing for Mammoet's recruitment processes. The preparation package is designed to offer you an in-depth understanding of the required online aptitude tests and competency-based interviews as part of Mammoet recruitment.

Mammoet CEB SHL-Style Numerical Reasoning Online Tests

In this test, you will encounter numerical data in the form of a table or a graph, followed by multiple-choice questions relating to them. Answering the questions often requires you to show basic math aptitude and to perform calculations involving fractions, percentages, ratios, and conversions.

Mammoet CEB SHL-Style Verbal Reasoning Online Tests

For the CEB SHL verbal test, you will read short passages of text and answer questions relating to each passage. Each question will require you to quickly evaluate whether a statement is true, false, or indeterminable based on the text.

Mammoet CEB SHL-Style Inductive Reasoning Online Tests

Version 3- A popular family of reasoning tests, popularly seen in the selection process of Senior, Managerial and Graduate job levels. They measure candidates' ability to draw inferences and understand the relationships between various concepts independent of acquired knowledge, most of which are represented by shapes and diagrams.

Mammoet Situational Judgement Tests

There are typically between 25 – 50 scenarios on any given SJT. The scenarios are usually engaging and challenging. After you are presented with a scenario you will then have to either find the most (or least) suitable response to the scenario or rank/rate the responses in order of effectiveness.

Mammoet Personality Tests

When taking a personality test, your results may not always reflect your true self. You must keep in mind that a job personality test shows your work persona. The test is not about seeing personas that are revealed in family life or other contexts.

Practice for your Mammoet Aptitude Tests

JobTestPrep has developed a wide range of practice tests able to prepare job candidates to a variety of tests offered at pre-employment assessments. Our resources contain exercises designed to bring your numerical skills, reading comprehension, and problem-solving abilities to new heights. Our tests and drills are always supplied with study guides and answer keys to enable you to identify and eliminate your weaknesses before you take your entrance exam. Therefore, no matter what specific questions your actual test at the company contains, you will be well prepared to pass it successfully and become shortlisted for an interview.

Mammoet Interview Process

If you manage to successfully pass the online tests, you will be invited to a Mammoet interview. This interview is conducted either face-to-face or by telephone depending on the position for which you have applied. It usually lasts about 45 minutes, with candidates for summer internship and work placement programs having a shorter interview lasting approximately 20 minutes. Interviews can be the most nerve-wracking part of the process, but preparation is key to helping you stay calm and focused. With the help of our Interview PrepPack, you can ensure a stellar performance during your interview.

Mammoet Assessment Centre

The assessment centre, which takes place on site, includes groups of candidates and normally takes up the entire day. There are various different exercises you have to face both in groups or teams and individually.

Answers to Your Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Purpose of Mammoet Verbal Tests?

Verbal reasoning psychometric tests are among the most common tests applicants face when applying for a new job. Verbal reasoning is the name given to a range of tests that use written texts to measure your ability to understand, analyse, and interpret information.

Should I Choose "Strongly Agree/Disagree" or "Agree/Disagree in the Mammoet Personality Tests?"

There are different kinds of questions found on personality assessment tests. When given a statement with extreme statements such as "always" and "never," you should answer them with less extreme answers such as "agree" and "not strongly agree." However, there are times during a personality test in which you should choose "strongly agree" or "strongly disagree." You should choose "strongly agree" when the following types of questions are asked:

    • Most people are honest by nature.
    • Most people can be trusted.
    • Very few people steal at work.
    • I cannot remember the last time I lost my temper at work.
    • I rarely worry about how well I'm doing at my job.

You should choose strongly disagree when asked the following types of questions:

  • It is human nature to steal from others.
  • Most people cannot be trusted.
  • Sometimes my co-workers annoy me.
  • I sometimes worry about losing my job because of office politics.
  • Sometimes I don't feel able to handle all my work responsibilities.

How Many Scenarios Can I Expect to Encounter in the Mammoet SJT?

You can expect to find between 25 – 50 scenarios on any given SJT. The scenarios are usually engaging and challenging. After you are presented with a scenario you will then have to either find the most (or least) suitable response to the scenario or rank/rate the responses in order of effectiveness.

What is the Mammoet Telephone Interview?

This is often a preliminary interview. These questions are essentially competency-based questions. The interviewers are looking for you to provide examples of where you have displayed these competencies in the past. The telephone interview has some advantages over a regular interview - you can wear comfortable clothing, and keep your answers written out in front of you, but it can also contain the same pressure as an interview when it comes to answering questions.

What will I Face in Mammoet Assessment Centre?

There are a lot of different exercises that you will face during the day. It is therefore really important that you get a good night's sleep if possible. Remember, a relaxed mind is the best mind. Try to be friendly even if you are nervous. It is often the interaction between candidates and workers that convince the assessors that you are the right choice for the job and, subsequently, Mammoet training.
