Interview Tips for Legal & General Job Hiring Process

  • What type of KPI’s Are Used? It’s not just enough to know what will be expected of you, but you are want to understand how they will practically judge your performance. This conversation can flow into what unique type of challenges your unit will face.
  • Does the company generally promote from without or within? You want to ensure that the company you are joining has space for you to grow. If you know from the outset that you will be kept at a lower-mid employee forever it might be wise to rethink. On the other hand if your career is just getting started and you just want experience, it might be better for this question to be left unsaid.
