Prepare for the JLT Recruitment Process

Therefore, it's important that job candidates and JLT graduate scheme applicants possess the skills and passion needed to work well in the JLT environment and be successful after the JLT training process.

The different steps in the JLT recruitment process are:

  • JLT Online Application: In order to ensure that you are a match for the job requirements you must upload your up-to-date CV and highlight your experiences which are relevant to the position when submitting the online applications.
  • JLT Telephone Interview: After your CV has gone through the screening process, you will hold a brief phone conversation with an HR employee to be passed on to the next round.
  • JLT Interview: For the final stage, candidates may undergo an assessment centre day in which they will be interviewed by HR, JLT managers, and go through technical interviews as well. The amount and style of interviews held may vary depending on the requirements of the role being applied for.
  • JLT Test: For specific roles, candidates may have to undergo both online aptitude, written, and technical tests before being hired and beginning the JLT training period.

JLT Group’s Aptitude Tests

Several aptitude and technical tests may be administered in order to be hired for the JLT graduate scheme and vacant positions. The Predictive Learning Index (PLI) is used to assess candidates and determine whether they possess the necessary behavioural attributes and set of skills for the role. Psychometric tests may be distributed as a reliable evaluation method during the JLT recruitment process. The personality assessment measures character traits and aptitude entrance exams, such as the numerical and verbal reasoning tests, may also be used when analysing candidates’ technical knowledge base and abilities.
