Izico Food Group Interview Process

Candidates will be required to go through several interviews. The types of interviews vary between candidates. The reasons for this are primarily the type of job the candidate is applying for and the location of the interview. Candidates should expect the following interviews:

  • An initial phone interview. During a phone interview, candidates will usually speak with a recruiter. The candidate will be asked a number of basic questions about the availability, salary requirements etc. If the interview is successful, the candidate will be contacted at later date to either have a follow-up video interview or come to a face-to-face interview on company premises. These interviews can take up to 30 minutes.
  • You may be required to participate in video interviews. Two types of video interviews exist, a live one and a pre-recorded one. A live video interview involves using Skype, or a similar program. It’s as simple as that. It can take between 40-60 minutes to complete. In a pre-recorded video interview, candidates will have to answer given questions, record the answers on video and send them to the interviewer. employers usually send a link to a specific platform where this can be done.
  • Multiple face-to-face interviews. Face-to-face (or in-person) interviews. During the face-to-face interviews, you will be interviewed by multiple people. These will include the HR, the head of the department and your direct superior.
  • Group interviews. A group interview is similar to a panel interview, but there is more than one candidate, between 10-40. These last about an hour. Each candidate will be asked a question by each interviewer. Sometimes, candidates will be required to present or solve something together.

The Tests at Izico Food Group
