Regardless of the capacity in which you would like to become an employee with the GSMA, the hiring process can be quite similar. Below you will find information concerning the different steps and stages in the GSMA recruitment process:

  • Application Process: Regardless of if you are applying at the GSMA’s London office or other locations across the globe, you will need to submit your application online. To begin the application process you will need to select a suitable position for your qualifications, register an account, and upload your CV directly from the GSMA jobs page.
  • Phone Interview: Once you have submitted your application and CV, you may receive an invitation for a phone screening. This type of interview will be used to evaluate your interest and fit for the position.
  • Psychometric Testing: If you have passed the initial phone screening interview, you may be required to take a pre-hire entrance exam.
  • Assessment Centre: You will meet with other applicants during an assessment centre to participate in group activities, presentations, and interviews. An assessment centre may not be required for all positions.
  • Personal Interviews: the final stage of most hiring processes is the face-to-face interviews. These interviews are often held one-on-one, in a group, or panel setting.

GSMA Talen Q Aptitude Tests

In order to be considered for the role you have applied for at the GSMA, you may need to take a pre-employment exam. The most common type of assessment that you will face during the hiring process will be the Korn Ferry test provided by Talent Q.
