Glanbia Pre-Hire Tests

Both applicants of the Glanbia Graduate programme and those already established in their career must pass a number of Pre-Hire Tests. Of course, the best way boost the chances of success is to get prime practice and study materials.

  • Prepare for Hogan Personality Test – Hogan assessments enable your employer to assess your personality in the workplace. Your strengths, weaknesses, values, and problem-solving skills indicate your core values, risk of career derailment or potential to advance with the company. You will need to study for HPI, HDS, MVPI, HBRI, and judgment tests.
  • Numerical Reasoning Test -Mathematical Reasoning - Math word problems in which you will need to figure out and implement the correct method to solve a math problem presented in the form of a story.
  • Verbal Reasoning Test - Verbal reasoning aims to introduce you to a higher level of reading comprehension tests. These tests contain passages followed by multiple-choice questions. You'll be asked to mark a single correct answer out of the available answer choices.
