Fresenius Hiring Process

  • Online CV Submission: While most apply for Fresenius on their main website, a majority of past applicants have used an outside jobseeking recruiter agency to gain the attention of the medical centre.
  • Telephone Screening: Assuming the centre is satisfied with your answers, you will receive a telephone interview. The interview is usually conducted by an HR representative. If he is appeased with your responses, you will be passed onto the next stage of the recruitment process.
  • Pre-Employment Testing: After your telephone interview, you will probably be invited to complete a series of tests, such as Microsoft Excel, abstract, numerical, personality, verbal and more. You can gain access to each of these tests in the PrepPack™.
  • Face-to-Face Interview: In the in-person interview, you traditionally sit across from a manager or panel of upper management. If he is happy with your answers, you may be given a tour of the facility and meet the staff.

Here you will have solo or group interviews, participate in group exercises, involving team building and role-playing scenarios and attend presentations to further educate you on the Fresenius and its values.
  • Post-Interview: Congratulations! It is likely that you have passed and been hired. However, before you can join the team, you must participate in “Welcome Days”. The orientation occurs about once a month and shares critical data on how to work directly with patients in various situations. After your attendance, you will finally be able to work in the clinic.
