Fossil Group Numerical Tests

Numerical reasoning tests are designed to look at the range of skills and abilities needed to perform almost any job. These include skills in the four basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), percentages, ratios, and other numerical computations. Being able to understand and analyse graphs and other numerical data is necessary for many positions.

Fossil Group Verbal Reasoning Tests

Verbal reasoning tests focus on drawing logical conclusions from verbal information. These tests automatically assume you understand the meanings of the words and phrases used in the text.

Fossil Group Situational Judgement Tests

There are typically between 25 – 50 scenarios on any given SJT. The scenarios are usually engaging and challenging. After you are presented with a scenario you will then have to either find the most (or least) suitable response to the scenario or rank/rate the responses in order of effectiveness.

Fossil Group Personality Tests

Those who administer personality assessment tests claim there are no "right" or "wrong" answers and often refer to personality tests as personality "questionnaires" instead of "tests." This is untrue. A personality assessment serves as a tool to help find the person who fulfil the criteria of a specific position. Therefore, there are right and wrong answers associated with specific positions. Preparing for the personality test in advance will allow you to become well-acquainted with the types of questions asked and what the optimal answers are.

Fossil Group Microsoft Office Tests

Microsoft Office assessment tests are commonly found in pre-employment screening processes. JobTestPrep has developed Microsoft Office training packs based on the same topics you will be tested on during your interview process.

Fossil Group Abstract Reasoning Tests

In abstract or figural reasoning tests, you are given number of figures which form a series that follows a certain set of rules. There may be just one rule governing the pattern, but in many instances, there are at least two. It is your task is to determine which figure matches the pattern and continues the series.

How Long does Fossil Group Hiring Process Take?

The hiring process depends on the number of tasks you have to fulfil. Typically, there are hundreds, if not thousands of candidates are applying for the same job. Whilst most of them are filtered out through the use of online tests, that still leaves many who have to go through face to face assessments and interviews. We can make some generalisations though. Online tests and automatic application screening typically takes no more than a week. However, you will only know if you have gotten through to the next stage of the application process once the job posting has been closed. The company will normally take a further month to come up with a shortlist of candidates who should attend interviews and assessment centres. These assessment centres usually take place in the first three months of the year and you get the results typically about a week or two afterwards. We can, therefore, say that the entire process can take up to six months.

How can I Succeed in Case Study Exercise on Fossil Group Assessment Day?

"Delve into" the case study. Reflect your thoughts as the character you were assigned to, and address the corresponding characters you have been asked to report to.

The test demands time management, prioritisation and distinction between important and peripheral. Case study exercises are usually designed to have more than one 'correct' answer; as long as you logically justify your recommendations and they stand up to questioning by the assessor, then your analysis can be regarded in a positive light.

Don't spend too much time trying to learn the nuances of a particular industry. Focus instead on tackling common challenges faced by most businesses. But don't hesitate to clarify pertinent questions, as listening to clients is just as important as advising them.

Remember, this is a real client case, so you want to establish the needs of the clients before you can give advice! Be confident but not arrogant. When presenting, one must give off the notion that one is speaking with an air of knowledge and authority. However, no one likes it when this turns into over confidence. If this happens, one might end up not listening and missing vital cues from the questioner, and of course clients won't like this either. Even though you are working against the clock, take the time to analyse the situation before attempting to make notes or answer the questions.
