Experian’s Hiring Process

If you are interested in working at Experian UK, there are several steps and stages in their hiring process that you should prepare for. Regardless of the position you have applied for, these stages may include:

  • Application Process: In order to complete the online application, you will need to visit the Experian careers webpage. Once you have selected a role suited to your qualifications, you will be prompted to create a new user account then upload your CV.
  • Phone Interview: If your application and CV are matched to the role you have applied for during the initial screening process, you may be asked to participate in a telephone interview.
  • Assessment Centre: If you have passed the phone interview, you may be invited to participate in an assessment centre. An assessment centre will generally consist of various group activities, psychometric testing, and personal interviews.
  • Employment Testing: The assessment that you will be required to take will depend on the position you have applied for.
  • Personal Interviews: Face-to-face interviews are often the final stage of the Experian hiring process. Your interviews will either be held in a one-on-one setting, as part of a group or before a panel. Behavioural and competency-based questions are often a major part of the interview process.

Experian CEB SHL Tests
