ExamSoft Interview Process

To provide you with insight into ExamSoft’s interview process, here is how it went down for a recent interview for an account manager.

  • Step 1: After submitting your CV you will be asked to take the Wonderlic and personality test before they begin proper interviews. The company wants to start interviews with the understanding that they are dealing with a fully competent individual.
  • Step 2 and 3: The second stage will include an HR-Department Head interview, which will most likely be held video skype video chat. HR will ask you Behavioral questions, while the department head will focus on competency based questions. Be prepared to dig into your CV and explain the enumerated skills and projects. Upon passing the skype interview you will call in for a more in-depth face to face with the department head.
  • Step 4: The final step in the process will be to complete a work study and give a powerpoint presentation on the topic. It is important to know that the topic of the work will be very different and unexpected to stretch your mental abilities to the max.

Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test

This test has 50 questions and must be completed within 12 minutes. With just over 14 seconds per question, the Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test, also named Wonderlic Personnel Test, requires strong analytic skills, quick response times, and good decision-making under time pressure. It is used mainly in job selection and admissions processes and includes math, English, logic, general knowledge, and clerical multiple-choice questions. p>
