Crown Resorts’ Aptitude Tests

There are a variety of tests that you will need to take during the Crown Resorts recruitment process. The most popular assessments during this process are:

Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT)

The CCAT is separated into three question categories: math and logic, verbal ability, and spatial reasoning. It is used to measure your problem-solving abilities, skill learning aptitude, and critical thinking. The test consists of 50 questions and has a 15-minute time limit to complete.

Hogan Personality Tests

The Hogan Personality assessments will help the recruitment team at Crown Resorts to predict your potential performance in your new role. This test was designed to evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, values, and approaches to problem-solving. The Hogan assessments also measure various personality characteristics, your risk of career derailment, core values, and cognitive approach.

Revelian Cognitive Ability Test

The Revelian Cognitive Ability Test uses numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning to assess a variety of skills desired by Crown Resorts. You will also be tested on your English proficiency, deductive reasoning, as well as your ability to work under stress.
