The range of Colas Rail recruitment process varies depending on the need of new employees. Below is a breakdown of the application process:
Online CV Submission: While there is a special place for new graduates, most past Colas Rail job candidates have applied on Colas Rail's main website. Here you will find a concise list of vacant positions with their locations. After applying you will fill out a relatively brief questionnaire, upload your CV and wait.
Testing: The next step is to take a series of examinations such as CEB’s SHL’s numerical, verbal, talent simulation adapting and responding and a personality test. Each of these tests is to better judge your character. You can preview each of them through JobTestPrep.
Video Interview: After you have completed the examinations, you can expect to be asked to take a video interview. Video interviews are pre-recorded virtual interviews that allow you to respond by recording your own responses in, typically, a time limit. Begin preparing with us. Pre-Employment Telephone Screening: If Colas Rail is happy with your application process, you will be called via the telephone or asked to conduct a Skype interview. Assessment Centre: Commonly, you will be asked to attend an assessment centre. Assessment centres are a great place for upper management to assess a group of potential job candidates.
