Colas Rail Hiring Process

The range of Colas Rail recruitment process varies depending on the need of new employees. Below is a breakdown of the application process:

  • Online CV Submission: While there is a special place for new graduates, most past Colas Rail job candidates have applied on Colas Rail's main website.   • Pre-Employment Telephone Screening: If Colas Rail is happy with your application process, you will be called via the telephone or asked to conduct a Skype interview.
