The hiring process can take 2 weeks, during which you will be asked to show your technical and people skills. This will be done through a series of interviews and tests. The Tests at Canon
Some of the general tests, that candidates usually require taking are:
The numerical reasoning which requires you make decisions and conclusions based on that information.
A verbal reasoning test where you will be asked questions that require verbal critical reasoning skills. This test consists of passages followed by statements. You must evaluate each statement according to the given rules.
English language or English skills tests are used to assess candidates for jobs where a good grasp of both written and spoken English is necessary.
