JobTestPrep’s Business Sweden PrepPacks™

During the recruitment process, you'll be asked to take a number of different Business Sweden tests. You are asked to complete these tests online. These tests are in general provided by Matrigma. To successfully move on to the next stage of the hiring process, utilise JobTestPrep's comprehensive preparation packages to give yourself the best chance of success.

Business Sweden Matrigma-Style test

Matrigma is cognitive ability test that assesses examinees' ability to solve problems and draw conclusions. The test is delivered online and consists of approximately 35 items that must be completed within a 40-minute time limit. Passing the Matrigma test successfully shows your future employer that you possess critical reasoning skills, clear thinking, and advanced learning skills. These abilities are crucial for almost any position.

Business Sweden Personality Test

Being consistent is very important when taking a personality assessment test. On personality tests, you may be asked similar questions that are worded differently. If you answer these similar questions differently, it will be reflected in your results. For instance, it could appear to assessors as if you did not answer both questions completely honestly, which may result in you not getting the job. However, being consistent is not something you need to focus on, as it is not measured. It is a problem only if you significantly contradict yourself; for example, answering "agree" to "I'm never late" and "I have a tendency to be late to some meeting." At times during the test, you may encounter similar statements but not agree or disagree with all of them; in this case, it is fine to answer differently. For example, answering "agree" to both "I prefer working with people rather than working alone" and "Sometimes, I need some alone time."

Business Sweden Situational Judgement Test

Situational judgement tests (SJTs) are a popular psychological tool used by assessment companies, employers, and organisations to evaluate applicants' behavioural and cognitive abilities when introduced with hypothetical, daily work-related situations. SJTs do not consist of one uniform format and do not focus on strict criteria, but rather they serve as a tailored evaluation tool for a variety of positions and business sectors. Therefore, different companies and diverse positions within an organisation require different questions and formats.

Business Sweden Abstract Reasoning Test

An abstract reasoning, or figural reasoning, test is used to assess the ability to understand and analyse visual information through pattern recognition, as well as the ability to generate hypotheses, change tracks, and critically evaluate. By utilising shapes and images to depict specific logic patterns and/or processes, these tests can measure general intelligence, abstract thinking skills, and how well you can problem solve.

JobTestPrep Answers Your Frequently Asked Questions

What Skills Do Business Sweden Verbal Test Measure?

Verbal reasoning tests examine you on a range of English language skills. These skills can be broken down into the following groups: Vocabulary, Grammar, Comprehension, and Critical Reasoning. Vocabulary assessments test your understanding of the words that are used in your line of work. This is measured through various assessments, such as mixed sentences tests, complete the sentence tests, spelling tests, and more. Grammar tests examine your understanding of English grammar and your ability to recognise good or bad grammar. Grammar is measured through questions that ask you to complete a sentence or identify the correct next sentence in a paragraph.

Comprehension tests are designed to measure your ability to understand written information, analyse it, and interpret what you have read to answer questions. Critical Reasoning tests measure how you analyse the information in front of you. In the context of verbal reasoning tests, critical reasoning tests require that you identify whether a statement is true or false based on the information provided, or whether the information provided is not sufficient enough to come to a conclusion.

Is Being Consistent Important on Business Sweden Personality Test?

For example, answering "agree" to both "I prefer working with people rather than working along" and "Sometimes, I need some alone time."

How are Business Sweden SJT Formulated?

The scenarios presented on SJTs always ask for a resolution of a given conflict which, although being hypothetical, might very much rely on, or represent, realistic situations that occur in a workplace. You will then be asked to choose a preferred method of action out of a number of possible options. The conflict/scenario may involve supervisor-subordinate relationships, stress and disagreement between work colleagues, etc. The situations described may vary according to the role one is applying for. Managers, police officers, sales representatives, etc. are all likely to receive different questionnaires, as they are being evaluated for specific traits and aptitudes. You are encouraged to choose your responses spontaneously, based on intuition; however, analyzing the scenarios and choosing responses that highlight your skills will allow you to better present yourself on the test.

What Skills Do Business Sweden Numerical Test Measure?

Numerical reasoning tests are designed to look at the range of skills and abilities needed to perform almost any job. Basic maths or computations skills, such as the four basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), percentages, and ratios, to name a few, are all needed on a daily basis. Being able to understand and analyse graphs and other numerical data is necessary for many graduate and management positions. If you work in the finance or banking sector, financial reasoning skills are a must. As part of the hiring process, technical jobs often require applicants to have speed and concentration when working with numerical data. Critical reasoning is necessary for many high-level positions, while estimation skills are also a big advantage in many jobs.

How should I Conduct Myself in Business Sweden Group Exercise?

Many applicants have a genuine difficulty showing an adequate level of involvement in the group exercise in the assessment centre and demonstrating their skills in an optimal manner. Some tend to be overly dominant and loud fearing that otherwise they may not be heard and valued. Others are introverted and quiet, fearing that their contribution may not be significant enough in comparison to others. You have to find a balance that not only suits your character but also that of the employers. For further tips see our PrepPack™.
