Bosch Hiring Process
Bosch’s recruitment process is relatively straightforward. They also take special notice to recent college graduates. Frequently, Bosch representatives are found on campus, scouting new people.
Online CV Submission: Applying to Bosch is made easy on their main website. There you choose which jobs that are applicable to you and apply on their main website. After you have followed their instructions you will receive an email confirmation and a time to set-up the interview(s).
Pre-Employment Telephone Screening: Once you’ve completed the online application, you can expect a phone conversation up to two weeks after applying. This is the first wave of inspecting. If it goes well, you will be asked to come in for the assessment centre or regular in-person interview.
Assessment Centre: Many times, you will be invited to an assessment centre. This one-day event allows the company to interview multiple people at once. You will be split into groups. Half will begin with various computer entrance exams while others will be interviewed by panels both alone and with other job applicants. Likewise, they will test your team-building abilities by having both role-playing and group activities. This will also be your chance to meet future coworkers, supervisors and tour the facility. Expect to attend presentations to further expand your knowledge of Bosch as a whole.
Face-to-Face Interview: If you are not asked to join an assessment centre, you will have another time to fill out the tests and be invited for an interview. Like the assessment centre, you likely will be interviewed by a panel of people. Good luck!
