The Bank of Montreal's pre-hire exam will be made up of aptitude and psychometric tests provided by Talent Q. These tests will come in one of two levels: Aspects & Elements.
The Talent Q Aspects & Elements tests evaluate candidates for their numerical, verbal, error checking, and logical skills. These tests vary in their difficulty levels so it is very important to study and familiarise yourself with their structure and answer styles prior to taking the actual exam.
