There are several different components to the Blackdot hiring process, depending on the job to which you are applying and your level of expertise. First, you will fill out an online application. Then, if you are a match to one of the open positions, you will be contacted for an initial phone screen interview.
You will then be invited to a competency and technical in-person interview. This will be held with an HR representative, the hiring manager, another senior manager, or all three. You also may need to pass a Revelian cognitive test or a personality test in order to move on to the next step.
