Application: The first step is the application process, which candidates can accomplish when they submit an online form and attach their CV. One can also apply with a recruiter or through an employee referral.

Telephone Interview: An HR recruiter may call applicants over the phone as the first part of the interview stage. These phone calls are made to sift out unfitting applicants by assessing their characteristics and skills.

The Bechtel Test Process

These tests assess various qualities relating to one’s probable success in the office The Microsoft Office assessment usually involves the Microsoft Excel and Word tests which are either given at a basic or intermediate-advanced level.

The Microsoft exams, as well as other aptitude tests, assess one’s fundamental skills and cognitive abilities. Aptitude tests include the numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning tests.
