Asurion’s Hiring Process

Asurion offers many products and services to their customers in terms of mobile security and other protective technologies. There are many Asurion jobs available and the hiring process for each may include:

  • Application Process: A variety of position are available at Asurion. To begin you will need to select an open position from the Asurion careers webpage, register an account, then upload your CV.
  • Online Assessments: Once your CV has been screened, you will be prompted by the recruitment team to take one or more of Asurion’s online aptitude tests.
  • Phone Screening: Depending on the outcome of the online assessments you may be contacted by the recruitment team at Asurion to participate in a phone interview. Be prepared to answer questions regarding your CV and previous work experience.
  • Video Interviews: A video interview may be required for some roles within the company.
  • Assessment Centre: After your initial screening interview, you may be invited to participate in an assessment centre with several other candidates. During the assessment centre you will engage in a variety of group activities, additional pre-hire tests, and in-person interviews.
  • In-Person Interviews Your in-person interviews will often be part of an assessment centre or assessment day. You may have several interviews back-to-back either one-on-one, or in a group/ panel setting.

It should be noted that job offers with Asurion will be contingent on candidates passing both a background check and drug screening.

Asurion Aptitude Tests

Many companies use psychometric-style tests to evaluate their candidates’ cognitive abilities, workplace personas, and ability to adapt to and learn their new role quickly. Asurion Interview Process

During your Asurion interviews you will be asked many questions concerning your CV, as well as behavioural and technical questions. Below you will find several examples of questions you are likely to be asked during the Asurion interview process:
