About the Arla Foods Matrigma, Hogan, and Cubiks PrepPacks

Arla Foods' Matrigma-Style Test

In the Matrigma test, you are presented with an incomplete 3x3 matrix of figures. Your task is to identify the missing figure from a series of six possible alternatives within 40 minutes. The symbols in the figures have no particular meaning, but all matrices always follow a logical sequence, either across rows, columns, or both. The correct alternative is the one that adheres to the logic of the matrix. The questions becoming more difficult as you progress in the test.

Arla Foods' Hogan Personality-Style Test

Hogan assessments enable your employer to assess your personality in the workplace. The following assessments predict your potential performance based on your strengths, weaknesses, values and problem-solving skills. Additionally, these assessments measure your personality characteristics, the risk of career derailment, core values, and cognitive style. Hogan tests include HPI, HDS, MVPI, HBRI, and judgment tests.

Logiks Intermediate General

The Cubiks Logiks Intermediate level test has three sections —verbal, numerical, and abstract. You have four minutes to complete each of the sections and there are a total of 50 questions in the test.
