You will have a discussion with the other candidates about the presentation and this will really show the assessors if you have the skills needed to succeed.

Role plays are often done in a group setting where a candidate is asked to take a specific role. By becoming that employee in the assigned role, you will be showing your assessors how you will react to different workplace situations and how you may about completing different tasks. These exercises are used to assess your compatibility to the job at hand, by simulating real life situations, in which either the assessors at the assessment centre or hired actors take part in the simulation. There are several types of role play exercises and they are tailored to specific jobs. These
