Start practicing for your pre-employment assessment at Air India by going over the following test.

The Logical Reasoning Test

This test is administered by employers at Air India to measure job candidates’ mental ability and non-verbal skills. Therefore, this test requires applicants to interpret only non-verbal information presented by numbers, shapes, and patterns. There are several types of the Logical Reasoning Test. For example, on your assessment at Air India, you can be asked to complete the Inductive Reasoning, the Diagrammatic Reasoning, or Abstract Reasoning tests. This test is strictly timed. You will be given less than half a minute to answer each question. A time limit is surely challenging. To learn how to analyze non-verbal information more quickly, practice with our test simulations and significantly increase the speed of your performance. Only by studding with JobTestPrep’s high-quality resources, will you be able to demonstrate your mental capacity in the most flattering light.

 Air India’s Recruitment Process

First, you will receive a letter for GD-Pat. After it, you need to make sure that all required documents are collected, since your application will be declined, if you miss any of them. When your documents have been screened, you may be asked to make a personal presentation. The next stage is written examination, often followed by a group discussion. Or you may also participate in fulfilling group tasks. If you do well on your tests and group tasks, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview. Usually the in-person interview at Air India takes the form of a panel. Expect to talk at least to three representatives of the company: medical, administrative, and from the operations department. They will ask you questions on flight safety, medical disposals, and medical standards.

If you are applying for the position of a Pilot, you will have a written exam followed by a face-to-face interview, during which you may also take one of the types of the psychometric test. More importantly, you will be required to pass the Pilot Aptitude Battery Test. If you succeed on all tests, you will take the Medical Fitness exam, conducted in one of the company’s facilities. Study with our resources and secure for yourself a position at Air India.

JobTestPrep provides high-quality practice materials to prepare job candidates for their pre-employment assessment. Avail yourself of the opportunity to study with our test simulations and become a member of Air India’s crew.
