Air France’s Hiring Process

Air France is a major player in the airline industry and has hubs at most major airports throughout the world. If you are interested in applying for a work-study programme, graduate scheme, or an experienced position, you will be required to go through each stage of the Air France recruitment process.

The hiring process for Air France may include:

  • Application Process: To view openings and apply, you will need to go to the Air France career site. Once you have selected a position from the jobs being offered you will need to create an account, fill out the online application, and submit your CV.
  • Telephone Screening: If your documents pass the initial screening process you will be contacted to participate in a phone interview. The recruiter will speak with you regarding the available position and go over your CV. If the phone interview is successful, you will be invited to take the Air France pre-employment exam associated to the position or programme for which you have applied.
  • Assessment Centre: During the Air France assessment centre applicants will be meet with other candidates who have applied for the same position. During this time, you will likely participate in different group activities and assessment tests.
  • Entrance Exam: The test or tests that you will be required to take will depend on the position or programme being offered. A combination of your resume, assessment tests, and interviews will help the hiring team at Air France determine if you are the right fit for the company.
  • In-Person Interviews: Your face-to-face interviews will likely take place during the assessment centre day and will usually follow your aptitude tests. Your interviews may be held one-on-one, or in a group/ panel.
