OPQ32 Test Format
The test comprises over 100 questions that examine 32 different qualities. It is highly complex and is administered on a computer. The candidate is presented with a block of four statements and must choose which of the statements most describes him and which of the four statements best describes him and which of the statements least describes him.
The OPQ32 is meant to check the candidate's consistency but predominantly to understand his motives and character. What are the candidates' preferences, what are his strengths and weaknesses. For example - does one prefer to work in a team or alone? Is one highly creative and independent minded or rather easy to adjust to working in an organsational environment.
OPQ32 Preparation
Is it possible to prepare for a personality test? Especially one so complex? The answer is most definilety YES. Although there are no right and wrong answers there are good and bad reports. When you go under the SHL assessment you obviously want a good report to be submitted to your future employer.
