One to one interview
The interview is designed to assess your abilities, among which are communication skills, technical, knowledge based, and more. This interview is conducted by a representative of the business unit you have applied for. Read more about preparing for an interview.
Group exercise
You and other candidates are provided with some information related to a business problem and are asked as a group to come up with a solution. The purpose of this exercise is to see how you work in a team rather than assess your knowledge. read more about group exercises.
Written exercise
You are asked to analyze a business case, draw conclusions and make recommendations. No prior knowledge is required.
Psychometric tests
