At KPMG, the application process begins online. Upon completion of basic data entry and CV upload, candidates perform a 45 minute personality questionnaire, comprised of true/false questions. This format is similar to the one in the 16PF questionnaire, and is included in our online personality test preparation. The purpose of this questionnaire is to assess competencies which are sought after by KPMG. Then, candidates perform a 45 minute online aptitude test, with numerical and verbal reasoning tests sections.
Those who make it thorugh this stage, are invited to an assessment day that includes the following tasks:
1. Two partner interviews.
2. Verification of initially performed aptitude tests.
3. Individual and group activities and a written exercise.
