Aptitude Test

The personality test is the most confusing and misleading part of the psychometric selection tests. Most candidates are not familiar with or aware of the real purpose of the personality test and therefore may often find themselves disqualified as a result.

Job Test Prep's comprehensive personality test course introduces you to various test formats including SHLs OPQ32, 16PF, NEO and CPI. During the course you will receive a full report with in-depth analysis on your performance as well as feedback on those issues that you must keep in mind and/or improve. In addition, you will learn how to avoid the built in traps of the personality test, the principles and 10 golden rules of personality testing.

An aptitude test is a form of a psychometric test. The aptitude tests most commonly used in the British market are SHL tests. Your objective is to achieve a higher score than other candidates' competing for the same role. Typically a score of 7 or higher is required on each test to be qualified. Aptitude tests (IQ) include verbal, numerical, abstract reasoning and specialty tests.

The Job Test Prep courses refresh any existing knowledge you may have and teaches you principles and 'tricks' underpinning each aptitude psychometric test - familiar and new. You will find a detailed explanation to each question in each aptitude test you do. The more you practice the greater your chances of success are.
