Online access to products and JobTestPrep's testing systemWhen do I receive my product once I have completed the purchase process?
The product you have purchased is online. All you have to do is log on to your account with your ID (email and password which were entered during the purchase process). The "Login" button is located at the top right corner of our site's pages.
You mention that there are two modes of practice. What are they for?
Indeed, our online testing system has two modes:
1. Timed Mode – simulates a real testing situation, as it takes place in the assessment centre. Your tests are timed and you can access the explanations only upon submission of the test and receiving the score report.
2. Step-by-Step Mode – a guided mode, in which you can immediately see if you responded correctly to the questions, using the "explanation button". In addition, you will be provided with a detailed explanation on how to solve the question.
How many times can I take each test?
You can take each test an unlimited number of times. Either restart a test that was interrupted in the middle, or simply start a new one all over again. The system stores your entire test history. This holds for all test types, including personality.

Technical Issues Which internet browsers are compatible with your online testing system?
Is JobtestPrep compatible with Mobile devices and Tablets?
Yes indeed! There are two components to JTP that are mobile-adaptive:
- The commercial website and all its content.
- 80% of the tests found in paid practice packages. Why only 80%?
Why only 80% of the tests are adaptive to mobile/tablet devices?
If you are using JobTestPrep's products on your mobile/tablet devices, you will notice that some tests are only accessible through desktop compatibility versions. These are tests that include too much graphic information to be displayed on small screens. Rest assured, these tests will also not be available on mobile devices when you take the real test as part of your assessment. You will have to practice them via a Desktop view.
How Do I switch between Mobile/Tablet and Desktop versions?
Switching between modes is fairly easy. You simply need to make sure you have one of the following browsers installed: Google Chrome, Dolphin, the default Android web browser. You can always reverse this option at any point by repeating the same steps.
Chrome: Go to Options Menu (top right corner of the browser) → Request desktop site. You can cancel this option at any time.
Dolphin: Go to Settings → User agent → Desktop → Refresh the page.
Safari: The Safari browser does not support this feature. Therefore, we highly recommend downloading one of the following free browsers: Google Chrome, Dolphin,...
Will my real tests be accessible via mobile devices?
As far as we know, the tests you will be asked to do as part of the application process are likely NOT to be mobile-adaptive. Most assessment companies have still not adapted their tests to a mobile environment.
I have accessed the personality test, but haven't received the report. Why is that?
The test requires you to answer all the questions that are present in the sequence. You cannot skip questions, as it not only affects our ability to analyse your profile, but it is also what assessment companies require candidates to do during their selection process. It is enough to skip a single question to prevent the report from being created.

About SHL, Kenexa, and othersDo your psychometric tests mirror SHL, Kenexa and other organizations' tests?
Most aptitude test types in the aptitude packages are used by SHL, Kenexa and others. Naturally we cannot provide you with the exact items you are likely to face as this is a breach of copyright and ethical laws. However, the importance in the preparation is that you become familiar with the psychometric tests and the principles underpinning them so you can be fully prepared to tackle them on test day. We cannot guarantee that you will face all of these psychometric tests, but you are likely to face some, if not most question types and difficulty levels.

About the number of tests and the preparation packagesWhy is it that your preparation packages contain different amounts of tests?
We try to match test types to specific profiles as much as possible. This means that for certain industries or positions, some tests are not likely to be a part of the selection process, and therefore are not necessary. Managerial positions for instance, do not require clerical or accuracy tests, which are includede in the General packages.
You didn't mention the firm I am applying for in your site. Can I prepare for their tests?
Although each enterprise designs a different sifting process, using testing tools from different assessemnt organizations, most psychometric tests are based on the same foundations. Surely a director and a technician will not encounter the exact same tests during their selection process, but the basic ingridients, such as aptitude tests, interviews, personality questionnaires and other activities, will comprise any application process. Therefore, it is recommended to use our packages to acquire an advantage over other candidates.
How is JobTestPrep's personality test tailored for me?
During the purchase process of the personality test, you will be asked to choose your position. The feedback you recieve on the personality test will be adjusted according to the position you have specified.
How many attributes are included in the personality test final report?
JobTestPrep's personality test is designed to assess 34 different attributes. However, in order for the feedback report to be generated, you must answer all 233 questions of the personality test.
There are few different kinds of personality tests. Does JobTestPrep's personality test prepare for all of them?
JobTestPrep's personality test consists of 4 different sections, each of them in a different question format thus it covers all popular personality questions in the market. The personality questions formats appearing on JobTestPrep's test are OPQ32, 16PF, NEO and CPI.
