How many times can I take each test?
You can take each test an unlimited number of times. Either restart a test that was interrupted in the middle, or simply start a new one all over again. The system stores your entire test history. This holds for all test types, including personality.

Technical Issues
Which internet browsers are compatible with your online testing system?
Our site and online products are adapted to all the popular internet browsers, i.e. Explorer, Mozilla, Chrome and Safari.
Apple's Smart phones owners might encounter technical issues (because of the use of java script) , but all other phones including android are working perfectly with our site's interface.
I have accessed the personality test, but haven't received the report. Why is that?
The test requires you to answer all the questions that are present in the sequence. You cannot skip questions, as it not only affects our ability to analyse your profile, but it is also what assessment companies require candidates to do during their selection process. It is enough to skip a single question to prevent the report from being created.
About SHL, Kenexa, and others
Do your psychometric tests mirror SHL, Kenexa and other organizations' tests?
Most aptitude test types in the aptitude packages are used by SHL, Kenexa and others. Naturally we cannot provide you with the exact items you are likely to face as this is a breach of copyright and ethical laws. However, the importance in the preparation is that you become familiar with the psychometric tests and the principles underpinning them so you can be fully prepared to tackle them on test day. We cannot guarantee that you will face all of these psychometric tests, but you are likely to face some, if not most question types and difficulty levels.
About the number of tests and the preparation packages
Why is it that your preparation packages contain different amounts of tests?
We try to match test types to specific profiles as much as possible. This means that for certain industries or positions, some tests are not likely to be a part of the selection process, and therefore are not necessary. Managerial positions for instance, do not require clerical or accuracy tests, which are includede in the General packages.
You didn't mention the firm I am applying for in your site. Can I prepare for their tests?
Although each enterprise designs a different sifting process, using testing tools from different assessemnt organizations, most psychometric tests are based on the same foundations. Surely a director and a technician will not encounter the exact same tests during their selection process, but the basic ingridients, such as aptitude tests, interviews, personality questionnaires and other activities, will comprise any application process. Therefore, it is recommended to use our packages to acquire an advantage over other candidates.
