The short assessment day one is an 8 hour day, while the longer one can last for up to three days. Both types include the same activities, however, each is designed for a different and specific group of applicants. Cabin crew applicants are expected to encounter the following tasks:

  1. Ability tests including Math and English principles. These are not the common numerical reasoning and numerical critical reasoning tests: The math portion presents day to day problems using percentages, averages, ratios, etc. The English portion is designed to assure the required level of English for cabin crew applicants.

  2. Group exercise. There might be two group activities. Our booklets and tutorials cover important aspects of these kinds of activities, with fully depcted scenarios and known types of activities.

  3. A formal interview that can last up to an hour. Assessors will focus on competencies that relate to the job profile.
