The assessment process at ICAP starts online, continues with first round interviews, an assessment centre, and another round of panel interviews.
Since there are multiple positions one can apply to - including risk, accounting, research ,broking, IT, and more - it is likely that there are slight changes in the types of aptitude tests each candidate will encounter. The finance-oriented positions for example, require taking a trading simulation test.
