As in most application processes, after completing an online registration which includes uploading your CV, reflecting competencies, and perhaps performing an online numeracy test, you will be informed about an upcoming phone interview. This should last between 30-40 minutes.
An additional, face to face interview, will take place in Local RBS offices.
A successful interview will lead you to the next selection step, depending on the type of position you have applied for.
You will either be invited to additional interviews and required skills tests, or participate in an assessment centre, which includes more aptitude tests, group activities, role plays, business case studies, presentations, and written exercises.
